- Use your manual to guide you
- When teaching the 12 Life Skills, plan 7 sessions of approx 30 mins per session
- Session 1. Teach The Fizz and The Bubble-man
- Sessions 2 - 7. Re-cap previous session then teach two skills per session
- Be encouraging and clear
- Ask clients to think about when they might use the skill in their own life
- If you are teaching via video live streaming - show the prop, talk about it, brief demo
- Clinicians can use the online resources
- Follow the instructions on the page re username and password.
If you are teaching the 32 Therapeutic Skills - adapt the teaching plan to include more sessions and maybe more skills each session.
