Live Workshops for The 32 Decider Skills

Practical, evidence‑based skills training for mental health professionals

The Decider 32 Therapeutic Skills are a set of 32 effective and memorable CBT and DBT‑informed skills, designed to help people manage emotions, reduce impulsive behaviours, and improve mental health outcomes. Our workshops teach these skills in a dynamic, engaging, and highly accessible way — using demonstrations, visuals, props, and practice to ensure the skills stick.

We offer two ways to access training:

1) In‑person workshops delivered directly to your organisation

2) Live online workshops delivered throughout the year by our Authorised Trainers

Both formats provide high‑quality, evidence‑based training that equips staff with practical tools they can use immediately with clients, service users, and students.
