The Decider 32 Skills empower individuals of all ages to recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, allowing them to monitor and manage their own emotions and mental health.
The Decider 32 Skills online training is aimed at those who support individuals and groups with mental health problems. You don't need to have any qualifications to complete this course but most delegates work within mental health services.
The course includes:
- The Decider 32 Skills online training portal for three months (NO extensions are provided)
- The Decider 32 Skills Manual
- The Decider 32 Skills online resources
- Multiple choice assessment
- Course completion certificate after successful completion (CPD 15 hours)
- 6 weeks of email consultation following course completion
FOR INDIVIDUALS
You will have 3 months access to the online training from the day we set up your account. You can choose this date. You might prefer to receive your manual first although all relevant content is included online.
You must complete the online training and download your Certificate of Completion before your expiry date. We are unable to offer extensions.You will receive automated reminder emails when you have 30, 14 and 7 days access remaining.
The online training enables you to teach The Decider 32 Skills to your clients. You are not able to teach others (including colleagues) to teach the skills.
FOR MANAGERS ORDERING MULTIPLE PLACES
The online training programme includes a manual for each delegate and 3 months access (24/7) from the time we set up the accounts.
Each delegate will receive an email with their personal login details. They will also receive automated reminders when they have 30, 14 and 7 days access remaining.
We encourage managers to support their staff to complete the online training via dedicated study time, and nominate only staff who are committed to completing the online training.
We are unable to extend access beyond 3 months if delegates do not complete on time. We recommend that you inform your staff to ensure they download their Certificate of Completion before the account expiry date and to send you a copy.
We can set up the online training accounts to start on a date of your choosing - whether you would like all to start together (although they'd all have individual access for 3 months) or smaller groups as and when you need. We can also hold places for you.

The online training will take approximately 15 hours study to complete when using the core videos - there are also supplementary videos which would lengthen the time a little.
