New for 2026: The Decider Skills Companion Cards

We’re excited to launch our brand‑new Decider Skills Companion Cards, now available on our website. These practical, creative reinforcement tools are designed for anyone who has completed the 32 Skills or 12 Skills training and wants an easy way to keep the skills alive in everyday practice.

Each pack includes a card for every skill, with a quick prompt on the front and a clear summary on the back, plus additional cards covering categories, the FIZZ scale, and the Emotional Emergency diagram. They’re ideal for refreshing knowledge, structuring sessions, and supporting ongoing learning — but they don’t replace the full training.

👉 Explore both sets: 32 Skills Companion Cards & 12 Skills Companion Cards
👉 Need the training first? You can purchase the 32 Skills or 12 Skills online training directly from our site.

🎥 A Creative Way to Remember The Decider Skills

Christmas may be behind us… but if you don’t mind a festive tune living rent‑free in your head all year, this one is worth it. NHS Tayside CAMHS have created a brilliant, light‑hearted musical video to help people remember The Decider Skills in a way that really sticks.

It’s playful, memorable, and a great example of how creativity can make skill‑building feel effortless.

If you teach The Decider Skills — or use them yourself — you’ll love this.
